I am a graduate of the world wide college of Auctioneering and have been in the auction business for over 15 years. In that time, I have worked with National and International Real Estate Auctions Companies.

Also, I have had the privilege to work with four Auctioneers that have been inducted into the National Auctioneers Hall of Fame and other successful auctioneers. I have learned from the best!

Real Estate has always interested me. My husband Nathan Vaughn, decided to start Vaughn Quality Real Estate and become a Broker. Do to the growth of the company I obtained my real estate license in 2018. I love the thought of placing a buyer into their dream home. It is exciting to see their faces and hear the excitement in their voice when they find the home they have been looking for.

After 35 years of serving in County Government, with 21 years as Elected Craig County Assessor, I decided to retire, with a love for the land and Real Estate I began a new chapter as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Along with my Sales Associate Licensing I am Initial and Advanced Accredited by OSU and Oklahoma County Assessors Association in Land Valuation. My desire and goal in Real Estate is to make sure buyers and sellers are all treated fairly and with respect.

ABOUT THE AUCTION METHOD

THE AUCTION METHOD IS A TRANSPARENT WAY TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY. EVERYTHING IS ABOVE BOARD AND ALL MEMBERS INVOLVED HAVE THE ABILITY TO SEE THE RESULTS FIRST HAND.

Thus making it a very good way to sell estates when multiple family members are involved who are to receive the proceeds from the sale.

The Auction method is “time definite.” We set a date and time for the auction and have closings within 30 days or less from date of sale. A normal transaction fromt he signing of the Listing Agreement to closing is normally less than 90 days.

When you sell at auction you get true market value. We compare it to the New York Stock Exchange; stocks are bought and sold on a daily basis at their true market value.

True market value is a price a person is willing to sell their property for and a price a buyer is willing to pay for the property on that given day.

We offer 2 options for you to sell

Absolute Sale or with a Minimal Reserve. Absolute means you will accept high bid regardless of what the high bid reaches.

Reserve is when you set a minimum bid that is set by mutual agreement by the seller and the auction company and you the seller will sell all properties As Is, Where Is, with no contingencies.

This makes it a simple process. You, the seller, don’t have to be concerned with buyers that want this, that, or the other fixed or repaired before they sign a contract to buy.
